Design
Our staff consists of professional and knowledgeable designers that provide quality and efficient space planning for the functionality and beauty of every business entity type and trade. Our design and sales team will meet with each customer to insure space planning and commercial furnishings are specified for each customer. We use the latest in computer drafting and design systems for each project. All projects are cataloged and saved for future use in years to come as our customers need change or expand. We have an extensive resources library of fabrics and finishes to meet all project requirements.
Customer Service
This department processes all orders and reviews acknowledgements to insure the orders are entered correctly. Customer Service also handles the ship dates and the location in which the product is delivered. Customer Service provides information directly to project management so they can give our clients accurate shipping information.
Project Management
Once a project has been ordered, our project management team will have continued communication between the client, designers, sales staff and installation team to insure the product arrives and is installed on the appropriate date and delivers to the client’s specified location. Upon delivery of the product, the coordination between our installation team and project contractor are vital to the successful completion of the project. Project Management will coordinate the completions of the project following the initial installation and client orientation to the product.
Installation
Ai Corporate Interiors has an installation crew on staff along with our subcontracted installation company, Office Insights. Our installation teams are some of the most qualified installers with over 25 years experience. These installers have been selected by many major manufacturers for their personnel and their installation skills. Once delivered, our installation crew will professionally assemble and install the project. Products damaged as a result of shipping are reported immediately to the manufacture for replacement. Our installation, sales and project management teams and if necessary the manufacturer representatives will involved in this process.
